Warm greetings and a welcoming embrace from the San Jacinto Mountains in the sunny Sonoran desert. Deserts and mountains are potent places revered for their healing powers. I was called to this sacred place to establish a wellness center. So here I am, living large in my tiny home named Santosha in Desert Hot Springs. Woohoo!

My intention here is to create a place for you all to heal and grow. As a wellness services provider, I dip into a deep well of 45+ years of inspiring experience and formal academic education in the fields of western psychology, eastern philosophy, yoga, feng shui, grounded spirituality, nature-based healing practices, and much more. Yes, I have many degrees and certifications, but more importantly, I care about you.
In that spirit, I've assembled a collective of wellness service providers to attend to your wellness needs. Together, we have over 150 years of experience in our fields.
