Hi, I’m Tara Russell, a yoga practitioner, dancer, teacher, and herbalist. My journey into healing began after years of living with undiagnosed Lyme disease and its co-infections. I found my way to recovery through integrative medicine, nourishing food, plant medicine, and mindful practices like yoga and meditation. Healing became a way of life—rooted in presence, care, and connection.

I focus on crafting herbal teas and mineral-rich broth herb blends that support the health and healing of the body’s systems—from nervous system and digestive support to immune and skin health. I also create custom blends upon request, made with care to meet each person’s unique needs and intentions.

I’m currently completing my training as a Clinical Herbalist, and I’ve studied as a Community and Apprentice Herbalist. My connection with plants deepened through gardening, cooking, and crafting teas and broths with herbs like hawthorn berry, nettle, red clover, calendula, fennel, and reishi mushroom—gentle yet powerful allies in my healing.

 

As a yoga practitioner, dancer, and herbalist, I’m deeply interested in the intersection of movement and plant connection as an embodied experience for healing. All of my products are made in small batches using organic ingredients sourced from regenerative, sustainable farms that prioritize biodiversity, soil health, and reciprocity with the land.
